Even Washington, D.C., which we are watching closely for the Presidential Inauguration a week from this Tuesday, and Baltimore will have their coldest temperatures in years, with highs probably not going above 20 on Friday. Hopefully, this bitterly cold air is out of the way for D.C. before Inauguration Day, and no major storms follow on the heels of this bitter blast, which does tend to happen.
